IBM WebSphere Message Broker::

WebSphere Message Broker from IBM is a software that facilitates the distribution of  information (messages) across multiple heterogeneous IT environments , helps to enable connectivity and smooth communication.The WebSphere Message Broker is a facilitator for EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) which supports variety of transport protocols and data formats. The WebSphere Message Broker helps in integration of multiple applications, networks, and device types using a platform-independent based enterprise service .It can build a platform for SOA (Service oriented Architecture) within a organization.

IBM Integration Bus (WMB V9) provides capabilities to build solutions needed to support diverse integration requirements through a set of connectors to a range of data sources, including packaged applications, files, mobile devices, messaging systems, and databases

WebSphere Message Broker consists of the following components:

• WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit is an software(Eclipse)based tool that which helps  to construct message flows and transformation with specific types of resources.  
• WebSphere Message Broker Explorer provides a graphical view of various resources deployed to WMB and WMQ runtimes.

IBM Integration Bus (WMB V9) provides capabilities to build solutions needed to support diverse integration requirements through a set of connectors to a range of data sources, including packaged applications, files, mobile devices, messaging systems, and databases.WMB provides many interesting features and benefits, but some of the more well known are Content based message routing, Message translation Publication and Subscription services.

The WebSphere Message Broker helps reducing development costs by separating integration logic from applications and also provides administration and systems management facilities for developed solutions. The current version of Web Sphere Message broker is 6.1.
