VAM Systems is currently looking for UX/UI Designer for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skill set required:
- Ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision… and strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator…)
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- A solid grasp of user-centered design, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design decisions, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of UI design techniques
Job Description:
We are looking for a self-directed UX/UI Designer who is eager to solve problems. He is not stuck on fancy terms but just get things done the right way. He understands that done is preferable to perfect, but still strives for excellent design and user experiences. He loves feedback and seeks it often because he owns his work, making sure it meets the needs of the audience.
Responsibilities:
- Help to create UI design wireframes, mock ups and final designs across all desktop, mobile and tablet devices
- Sketch out visual concepts both on paper and using software applications (preferably Sketch or Invision)
- Regularly present work and share feedback in design reviews.
- Design beautiful and usable interfaces by implementing our Brand guidelines
- Optimize existing user interfaces
- Test new ideas before implementing
