VAM Systems is currently looking for Identity Access Management Specialist for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill set Required:

Minimum 3 years in information security field.

Practitioner level skills in the below mentioned areas:

• Information Security Policies & Procedures
• Information Security Awareness
• Information System Audit
• IT Risk Management
• Security Incident Management
• Privilege Management principals knowledge
• Experience working in a large organization
• Experience in managing complex IT projects
• Experience of building relationships with executive and senior leadership, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, developing creative solutions and meeting project objectives
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Math, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• CISA or CISM or CISSP or relevant certification preferred

Key responsibilities

Ensure identity provisioning/de-provisioning for users & machines, ensure identity federation internally and externally, ensure privileged account management, manage Identity Access Management related incident and change management, ensure continuous benchmark of Identity Access Management solutions, ensure up to date Identity Access Management related documentation.

• Identity provisioning
  • Manage stakeholders, IT and HR being primary stakeholders.
  • Set-up automatic/manual user provisioning (incl. HR-IT roles alignment)
  • Set-up self-service password renewal processes/policies
  • Set-up user provisioning/de-provisioning
  • Identify technologies for role-based automation/monitoring services, in order to cope with distributed changes.

• Identity federation
  • Set-up external federation as a service/on the cloud, starting with design teams (PMC + partners) - most sensitive and frequent data.
  • Design IAM service-centric, for ITIL and Cloud enablement. (ex: SSO, provisioning, federation)

• Privileged account management
  • Set-up Privileged Account Management processes, policies, systems

• IT Security Incident management
  • Reduced time taken to report and to suggest quick-fix solution.
  • Manage, resolve and analyse identity incidents, with the help of the service desk which responds quickly and as per escalation procedures. Monitor and report the trends of security incidents related to identity & access.

• Infrastructure Change Management
  • Assess change request for the risk it poses to identity security and review the subsequent impact on operations. Approve the request after checking for approval from necessary authorities.
  • Examine mechanisms and technologies in achieving and optimizing security controls and processes for identity & access management

• Information Security Maintenance
  • Maintain information security related to, throughout the period of employment.
  • As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to Information Security Manager and the helpdesk.

• Documentation / Process Ownership
  • Take ownership, maintain & update documented processes or documentation related to his job function. In the event where processes or documentation are shared, the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements.
